If you decide for any reason during the first 90 days after purchase that you are unsatisfied with your CD’s, please DO NOT just send your CD(s) back to us! Please Contact Us first and let us know that you will be doing so. We would like to know why you were unsatisfied and will do anything in our power to rectify the situation, but whatever your reason, if you want to return a single CD or several, you can. Contacting us FIRST will make it much easier and quicker for you to get a refund, and will make it much easier for us to continue to do our job well, which is provide the world with beautiful, stress-relieving music.
Conditions For Getting a Refund - In order to get your refund, we must receive your item in PERFECT CONDITION, in its original jewel case with insert. You must pay your own shipping charges when sending back an item. When we receive your item and we make sure it is in perfect condition, we will issue you your refund.
Please ship single CD’s in a padded bubble envelope specifically designed for protecting plastic jewel cases. For multiple CD’s, your shipper should be able to help you with the proper size and amount of padding to protect the CD’s. We cannot accept CD’s with broken jewel cases, torn inserts, or scratches on the CD. Please do not send back CD’s if they get a scratch on them during the 90 day period. There are several products at your local music store that can be used to ‘heal’ scratches on CD’s. We cannot give refunds for damaged goods.
Please Note – if we are not contacted in advance of products being returned, there will be a $4.00 processing & handling fee per returned item.
